EAM is a small development company providing a limited number of new homes currently in Norfolk. Our homes are usually in interesting locations that when completed enhance the locality.

Close negotiation with local planning authorities takes place with all of our schemes ensuring they fit or compliment the local vernacular.

All of our schemes are individually designed, we do not use ‘standard’ house types. EAM Developments provide homes for individuals, couples and families; the whole gamete of those seeking a home! These range from individual homes, both detached and semi-detached, starter homes to family homes, converted older properties to completely new build homes.

We pride ourselves on the quality of design, quality of build and products we utilise when providing new EAM homes to the local market. They are not mass market houses, generally they are small in the total number of new homes in each location but each is completed to the highest standard.

All competed houses are provided with a comprehensive structural warranty and prior to handover, the homes are visited by the company’s owners to ensure they are happy with them; before one of our homes are lived in.
